    By using Fast Forward Dev, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
  2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
    This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Fast Forward Dev application.
  3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights
    The Fast Forward Dev Software License allows for the acquisition of Fast Forward Dev software with a single purchase, granting unrestricted, perpetual access. This license is ideal for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. While there are no recurring fees, the licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time to control software distribution and use.
  4. Refunds
    The digital nature of the Fast Forward Dev product means it cannot be refunded or exchanged after access is granted.
  5. Disclaimer
    There's no guarantee that Fast Forward Dev will meet all your requirements or operate without interruptions or errors. We exclude and disclaim all implied warranties or conditions not stated in this agreement, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    Fast Forward Dev offers no warranties regarding the software's quality or fitness for any purpose. We won't be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from or in connection with our products or services. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software or services. You release Fast Forward Dev from obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this limitation.
  7. Responsibilities
    Fast Forward Dev is not liable for how users engage with user-generated content.
  8. General Terms and Law
    Governed by the laws of Denmark, this Agreement stipulates no partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Fast Forward Dev through the use of its services. You are not to represent yourself as an affiliate of Fast Forward Dev, and we are not liable for any actions on your part.
